Time flies – and so does Gramma. Today was her last morning in Arizona and it was a gorgeous day. We ran out of time and energy for all of the things that we would have liked to do this week.
We had time to squeeze in a couple of haircuts this morning. I always appreciate the high quality trim! I found a little chair that fit perfectly in to the border of an ottoman to make a custom barber shop chair for Trevor.
He did a pretty good job cooperating 🙂
The last day with Gramma and the boys
This is when the boys both yell, “Boy pile!!!”
We rode the SkyTrain to the airport to walk Gramma to the security line.
Brendan did not want to let Gramma give him a haircut, but tonight, he let me take the clippers and give him a trim. He will absolutely melt down if you even think about scissors in your hand.
We are all super tired, and we already miss Gramma. I am in total denial about the holidays ahead coming so soon.
The time went by much too fast! It seemed like I was flying there one minute and flying home the next.
I want to thank Tiffanie and Bill for everything from a whirlwind trip to San Diego to always welcoming me into their home and family, and always making me feel a special part of the boys’ lives. It means more to me than I can say.
I love you all very much. I miss you already. I always used to feel better when I came home with the next trip already on the calendar!
Lots and lots of hugs and kisses,
Gramma xoxoxoxo
