Well, I have gone and done it now. I let the entire “Week 4” go by without a blog post. It has been a busy one. It seems like I have been on the phone, at appointments, in the car, or just trying to figure things out every waking moment. I have lost track of what day of the week it was twice.
It was not all bad stuff though, I just haven’t taken many pictures. The boys received a Lego rental subscription service for their birthday from their Pittsburgh family members. They got their first set, The Avengers Tower. They did a good job keeping the pieces together so that it could be mailed back for the next set.
We had company coming over for dinner last week, including a boy only 8months younger than Brendan and Trevor. We rolled out the (blue) carpet and set up a mega city with Geotrax to welcome our new playmate.
Friday, we took their new friend to the zoo. Trevor finally has someone that will ride the carousel with him since Brendan won’t.
Trevor loves this so much, he would dangle on that wall all day.
It is good for the boys to have a friend come over to the house. We will probably be seeing a lot more of him!
It’s nice that the boys now have a friend to come over and to go to places with them.
It’s nice that you had a busy week as long as part of it was fun!
I miss the boys and would like to get another trip on the calendar. The time always goes too fast!
Another month and we’ll be welcoming another little boy into our family! Then Gramma heads to Pittsburgh for a trip that will also fly by much too fast!
We got officially 16″ of wet heavy snow on Friday night and Saturday. Now it’s COLD! We have many broken tree branches from the weight of the snow. That’s sad. It is our earliest largest snowfall for November in 120 years! It did a lot of damage. There’s cleanup to do. Winter has arrived early!
Lots of love and hugs,
Gramma xoxoxoxo
OMG what a cool blog. You are amazing. That set up for the company was something else. The boys are so lucky they picked you for their mom.
I sure was missing seeing them so I loved all the pics (the selfie is great) Much love and a wonderful thanksgiving…
Thanksgiving day ! 🙂
I was invited over to Gramma’s house for dinner, at 4:00, so will soon be heading that way.
Hope everyone has a HAPPY Thanksgiving !
Good morning after Thanksgiving from the East Coast!! Loved, loved, all the photos!! The boys are looking so mature and handsome!!! And what talent you have Tiffanie…even on my best days setting up the tracks would be a challenge! Hoping that the boys enjoy playing with a friend…yay for Trevor having a carousel mate!!
