Year 3 – Week 4 – Day 5

Trevor was having breakfast this morning and I was talking to the two nurses as they do turnover. I looked down and saw him doing this all by himself.

Then he leaned forward and tried to stick the end in his cottage cheese without using his hands. Silly boy. I don’t know where he learned to do this except for maybe on Yo Gabba Gabba.

Trevor is only unclothed because he was just eating lunch. The garbage truck was late today and we had to wait.

Peek

There it is

Brendan came outside to see the truck too, but he doesn’t like it. He would rather play with the bubble lights!

Because several people have asked, the bubble lights came from IKEA.

After dinner, Trevor and I did two miles on the bike. We put lights on it for evening riding.

This afternoon, I finished the pockets on the two onesies I had made. I need to start mass producing these for him now! He needs about 10-15 of them to keep in rotation.

He is playing with Daddy’s shoes

Stinky!!

  1. Trevor looks so cute in the truck waiting for the truck and Brendan looks so cute saying Daddy’s shoes are stinky. Don’t know how you do it but you ACE it every time. v

  2. Good morning from the Lake house!! Trevor, you are so talented!! I have practiced my whole life and still remain unsuccessful with the “spoon on the nose” trick!! Way to go! The “peek” picture in the truck is priceless!! Brendan’s onesie looks great!! His smiles are even cuter while modeling it!!! Hoping that you have Brendan’s staffing all settled and you are comfortable with who’s showing up. You have enough on your plate and staffing shouldn’t be adding to it, but alleviating it. Good Luck!! Thanks for the info on the bubble lights!!
    Prayers, hugs and love!!! 🙂

  3. Trevor the magician! That’s funny that he did it all by himself. He’s very cute waiting for the garbage truck! He will love his rides in the dark looking at Christmas lights, too. 🙂
Brendan’s pocket onesies are great! Seriously you could mass-produce them and sell them! He’s looking so smiley now that he’s mobile and walking!
P U …stinky shoes! :-/ Do you remember all the times with babies over the years how much they all love it when you tell them P U stinky feet? That’s what it reminded me of! Always good for a giggle! 🙂
I’m sure you have everyone trying to figure out where to put some bubble lights! Let’s see…where could I put some bubble lights?
    Lots of love and hugs,
    Gramma xxxx

  4. The onesies are so cute! That would be a cool thing for people to make and donate to the hospitals (like they do with knitting little caps for kids with cancer). Do you have a pattern or anything you are following, or is it all trial and error? So cool!

I love Trevor’s spoon trick. I wonder if that runs in families? I am very good at it too. 😉

  5. So, does that tongue provide little B with better balance? he seems to use it a lot!! And, I absolutely love this last week’s worth of full teeth grin pics on B.

They are both so ridiculously cuuuuute!

    Cheers,
    Heather
