It was a special day for the family. Bill took a vacation day and we all had a fun family outing! We wanted to see how the boys would do with a longer travel time, so we went out to the west side to the Wildlife World Zoo.
It was chilly, but we had these adorable new sweatshirts. We all had a blast, and again, the pictures do the talking.
Brendan’s first carousel ride! He had the whole thing to himself (with Daddy of course). Brendan refused to sit on an animal alone, so the ride operator suggested that Bill could ride with him!

Two worn out boys, on the way home!

We wish a speedy recovery to Gramma who just found out today that she has shingles!! We wish we could help her feel better fast.

All of the pictures are great, but I really love the pictures of the boys with the llama!! Brendan’s looks are so cute! 🙂 It’s easy to see how much Trevor loves all of the animals.
Thank you for the well wishes. It’s no fun!
Lots of love and hugs,
Gramma xxxx
Great pics and you are right the pictures say the message. The animal loved the boys as much as they loved the animals.
My positive thoughts and prayers for your mom to feel better soon. I know that is so painful.
Good morning from the soon to be stormy East Coast!! To Gramma, these pictures surely help the good endorphins start up that healing process!!?? Hoping that healing comes quickly! 🙁 What a great family day!!! Trevor was loving every experience. Brendan seemed a bit more reserved but that Brendan smile won out!! How awesome that all of you ventured out together!! Prayers still going, big hugs and lots of love!! 🙂
Judging by the look on Brendan’s face, whatever that Llama was whispering in Brendan’s ear, must have been a juicy bit of gossip ! 🙂 🙂 🙂
Brendan standing there in his stylish sweatshirt – that’s a great photo! He didn’t seem too nervous about the animals. Of course, Trevor was talking to his favorite goats right away!
