Today was the opposite of yesterday. We were so busy getting stuff done, I don’t remember sitting down all day. We had our normal Sunday morning grocery run. Then the boys helped me to mow the lawn!
Brendan was supposed to be relaxing while eating, but he had to come get involved too.

For one sweet moment, the two of them pushed the cart together and it was extremely adorable. Then the fighting resumed.

Brendan has adjusted very well to his calorie increase. No problems! At the store this morning, we got him some pretzel rods. He loves them! He licks all the salt off of every inch and then hands me this almost floppy wet pretzel rod.

While the boys napped, I finally finished their car wash! The grand opening meant a huge line! 🙂

While cooking dinner tonight, Trevor chopped onions until his eyes burned!

Taco night! Trevor likes his taco with just meat, extra sharp cheddar, and lots of sour cream. He would eat a bowl of sour cream with a spoon if I would let him.

Brendan vehemently pushes away the taco. He didn’t even want it near his tray!

We checked lots of chores off of our to-do list, even though Bill still had to be working for a good part of the day.
To close, here is a long video of Trevor demonstrating the car wash (with the sounds of Brendan playing iGuy in the background).

Cute video…love the carwash! Trevor cleans his trucks very well.
The boys look really busy mowing the lawn. 🙂 It’s so nice to see Brendan doing everything Trevor does! …except eating tacos!
It’s supposed to be -21 by tomorrow! Schools are closed again the next 2 days. The wind is really blowing! This has been a fierce winter. We also got more snow. I’d like to be mowing with the boys!
Lots of love and hugs,

Good morning from the East Coast!! Finally returned yesterday! What fun re-watching your past posts and todays!! Love the car wash!! Another item that perhaps you should consider marketing!! Your creativity boggles my “simple” mind!! It is heart warming watching Brendan experiment with food! Not much longer until he realizes that tacos are really yummy!!! Well, we can personally report that the USA is snow covered and super cold from IL to Pittsburgh….Pittsburgh to the Lake house….The Lake House to NJ!! In fact, Manalapan is close to the snow depth found in IL. Cousin Brian is still in hospital, hoping to breathe a little easier (the flu caused his asthma to go out of control, not a fun thing). Hoping the meds finally kick in and do their thing so he can go home!! Stay warm and cozy in AZ!! Prayers, love and hugs!! 🙂
