Year 3 – Week 14 – Day 6

I was too tired to try to accomplish anything today, so I took Trevor to the park this morning to try to burn off his energy so he would nap.
He fed the ducks
314t16

He ate some of the cheerios himself
314t17

He went on the swing
314t18

We saw a blue garbage truck!
314t19

He hid rocks and pine cones in the secret compartment he found in this horse’s hooves
314t20

He climbed ladders
314t21

He is getting better!
314t22

We saw the mail truck several times
314t23

He went down the slide
314t24

It worked, he did take a good nap.
Brendan took a long walk down the street with his nurse so he was tired too. He didn’t get such a good nap though.
He was wanting nothing to do with a bite of cottage cheese. He wanted every fork that he could see and would pitch a fit until he got them.
314b13

He finally settled on two forks
314b14

And licking balsamic dressing…
314b15

Dinner was full of yelling, but it all ended with an episode of Curious George

I am hoping tonight brings good sleep to all.

  1. Sometimes my brain goes off the deep end…….. (( don’t even think of it 🙂 ))
    At a “guesstimate “:
827 days, at an average of 16 photos/day; You have posted close to 5,000 photos.
827 days, at an average of 120 words/day, You have written close to 100,000 words.
And You are only Two years, Fourteen weeks, and six days into it, and it is already an Epic Novel !! 🙂 🙂 🙂
Brendan, Trevor, Not only is your Mother a talented Artist, and devoted Mom, She’s a “published” writer !! 🙂 🙂 🙂
    (( OK, now you can think of it. 🙂 😉 🙂 ))

    • Brendan, Trevor,
You two are the stars of this grand production, and worth every second of the time it has taken to get to this point in the story of your lives.

      • Wow! I don’t know how you figured that out, but I’m pretty sure you didn’t count the words! 😉
        Love it!
