Lots of brothers together time today. Trevor is still jealous and yells a lot. Not cries.. yells a very angry loud yell when he feels like he is not getting enough attention or if he gets bored!
Brendan had a long play time on the floor. There was no good picture of them sitting up together, lots of blurry ones because they were moving so much!
They had some more low key tummy time.
Trevor sees the suction tubes by Brendan’s face all the time and wanted in on the “fun”. Brendan actually needed suctioning while they were lying next to each other. The loud noise scared Trevor and he started to cry really hard. The sound of Trevor crying upset Brendan and he started to cry really hard. It was cute and sad at the same time to see them having a cry together.
While Trevor took a nap, Brendan got to visit outer space
Then they spent time in Brendan’s crib together watching the light up mobile
And then the slapping started
Trevor needed a reminder about who is the big brother
(And Happy Birthday to Aunt Shannon, we can’t wait to see you again!)
“He’s touching me!” “No I didn’t!” “Yes you did!” “Did not!” “Did to!” Oh boy – the brotherly pushing, shoving, and wrestling begins! And it is good to see them tangling up together. I love that look on Brendan’s face in the last photo. He has this “been there done that” wiser than Trevor look – and rightly so! He has been there and done that – he is an old soul living in a tiny body!
So glad to see the brudders enjoying each others’ company, and to stay updated on how things are going. Wish I was closer to come by and help you! Hugs to all of you.
