He is looking very swollen and bloated and he is running a fever, which they tell me is all expected. <\/p>\n<p>The surgeon explained that there was an adhesion from previous surgery that tore on the right chest wall causing the bleeding. He is draining way less now and his blood pressure is able to stabilize. They are needing to find the right blend of medication to keep the pain at bay but not knock him out. He will have to get up tomorrow morning and move. They want him to rest today. Double surgery is so hard on his tiny body and the massive transfusions don&#8217;t help either. We hope for a good night.
