At the same time, they did a lung biopsy and a bronchial scope. I am just in complete disbelief that a year has passed already. <\/p>\n<p>On March 12, 2012, we drove to the hospital not even knowing if the surgery was going to happen. It was a heavy debate because he was such a high risk case. <\/p>\n<p>I could write all night about the emotions that well up as I made this video of his path from birth to today. I initially selected almost 400 pictures to use and had to whittle it down to 150 to keep it to a reasonable length. We are so proud of Brendan and what a fighter he is.
