Year 2 – Week 8 – Day 5

Not much to say about today, the boys were good.

Trevor and I went to Toys R Us this morning and spent up a big store credit we had. We got a ton of cool new stuff! The place was awfully busy for a Monday morning, I guess it is that time of year. Trevor was thrilled to go all over the store, he was in baby paradise looking at all the toys and “testing” different things to see what would be the best to buy. He picked some things that he was sure Brendan would like! We had two giant bags of loot!

Trevor has to sort his toy box and make room for the new stuff! But the corn popper has to stay!

Having a little snack from his “spill proof bowl”. He is in that corner because it is where he can see the dogs, not because he was naughty…this time!

Caught on camera!

Attack and try to confiscate the evidence!

One of the new toys is this xylophone piano. They have played with it all day!

Trevor thinks Brendan is a blockhead

Successful pacifier theft!

Trevor’s one nap day went well today and he went to bed super easy. Brendan had a pretty good day too. Hopefully tomorrow goes smoothly as well. We have some chaos brewing for the next few weeks and we all need to be well rested!

  1. ” Successful pacifier theft! ” 🙂 🙂 Brendan was using the correct “chaos theory”.
Hope that in the “next few weeks”, You manage to do the same. 🙂 😉

  2. Good evening from the East Coast! Nice to see that sometimes, you have an average (that is, defined in, the Ayelsworth’s average…unlike the rest of the USA’s “average”) day!! The boys look wonderful!! Trevor has the “dumpster diving” perfected. Brendan can snatch a pacifier with his eyes closed!! Ahhhh, such is life in Chandler, AZ. Not too bad here….temp reached the 50’s today. We are still traversing roads loaded with debris from Sandy, but all’s well in Jersey. But,we still mourn for our CT neighbors, and also with dear Kayla. Hope the boys have made their lists and that Santa is checking it twice!! Hugs, prayers, and much love!! 🙂
