Year 2 – Week 14 – Day 6

Babies were in better moods today. Brendan is still drooling like a leaky water filter, maybe I need to install a Leak Frog on his chin. Trevor slept through the night and took a good nap today.

Brendan is now tasked with sitting in his high chair more consistently while Trevor is eating meals. He got to play in peas today.

He was not as receptive to peas and he is to green beans.

I don’t like peas either, Brendan!

Trevor doesn’t get what the fuss is about, he just cleans his tray.

He says, “Brendan, you need to work on your avoidance stretches”

Tuesdays are for chores, chores, and chores. We did laundry, grocery shopping, and a trip to the post office. Brendan had the house to himself and all the toys he could ever want, and yet he insists on dismantling his suction machine.

Trevor sent a package to his cousin, Kieran. He included a copy of the essay he was working on titled, “The Seven Secrets to Highly Effective Naughtiness”.

The practices outlined in his essay are part of the reason why we also just mailed Gramma her Christmas presents today.
We hope that Gramma is feeling OK after oral surgery this morning, and that she isn’t drooling like Brendan!

  1. Hahahaha….Trevor’s “essay” sounds like a best seller! That made me laugh, but then it hurt!! 🙂

Brendan, I don’t blame you, I don’t like peas, either! Your cousins all liked sweet potatoes, maybe you should go orange next?

I can’t wait to see what my “Christmas in February” will be. I hope it’s not the same thing that Kieran is getting, I don’t need a pack n play!! 🙂

I was drooling when I came home this morning, but it’s better now, still very uncomfortable. Thank you for your well wishes.

    Love to all,
    Gramma

  2. Kieran will have to send Trevor a copy of his follow-up essay “Getting Away with Naughtiness: The Art of Being Uber Cute” (which includes lots of input from ALL the cousins!).
