Year 2 – Week 38 – Day 7

I am happy to say that we have our wireless network back. I got the new router set up while the boys napped. Then it took the rest of the day to remember all the different devices that needed to get updated to use it. I sure missed our network!
We were very busy, so I only took a few pictures during dinner!

Brendan says “Peas again?”

Trevor says, “Yeah, I know”

We gave Brendan sugar cubes to play with tonight. We figured he likes to build and stack, it might work. He did play with them and they started to crumble.

Trevor got to work on a really stretchy cheese stick

Several people have suggested that we try dumdum lollipops with Brendan. He promptly threw it on the floor whenever it was presented.
Trevor thought it was awesome though. He even says “pop pop” when I told him it was a lollipop

And this is what happens to a lollipop that has been licked and then thrown on the floor.

If my heel isn’t acting up, I am planning to take Trevor to gymnastics again tomorrow with the mom group. I have been having trouble with plantar fasciitis in my right foot. Today it was especially bad, not sure what I did to it this time.

  1. That’s about what cucumbers look like when licked and thrown on the floor too. 🙂
I’m sure you are very happy to have your baby spy camera back online!

  2. Good morning from the Lake House!! Tiffanie, you have enough going on each day, being in pain is not allowed!!! Sure hope you are pain free quickly!! Heal!!
🙂 Loved the pictures! When cousin Carrie brings Cody to the Lake House, lollipops will have the same aura, as Trevor’s, if dropped on the floor. Yummy!! Happy to here that your network is up and running!! Hoping that Trevor enjoyed his gym time….that would mean that you are feeling better!! Prayers, hugs and love!! 🙂

  3. Loving all of the pictures and updates. So happy to hear every time we can check in that Brendan continues to do well!
We have been very very busy. Our time is running out to be ready to leave for home very early Saturday morning. The condo is officially on the market. 🙁 It’s the end of another era, and makes me sad.
It is so nice to see all of the cute pictures and silliness. I hope Trevor got to go to play with his new friends again. I love the butter head and bubble head pictures!
I had to go to First Care this morning, which really is not what I wanted to spend time doing, but 5 days ago I burned the underside of my forearms really badly on the oven door, and thought I could take care of it myself. Now I have the right medicine and instructions (and funny-looking bandaging) to do it. No Florida tan for me this trip!
Lots and lots of love and hugs,
    Gramma xxxx
