Year 2 – Week 50 – Day 5

Another day of just me and the boys, this time it was just a regular work day for Bill and some emergency sprinkler repair in the yard. These boys wear me out! Tomorrow will be a throw back to old “Busy Tuesday”. We have flu shots in the morning, oxygen refill and OT.

I hope he shows off his new tricks for OT tomorrow. Like the way he licked all the salt off of about 7 pretzel sticks!

Trevor ate a good lunch. He still likes his rice.

“Not the toy in the food!!”

The Tormentor

Look who is TASTING peanut butter!

I can’t say what is cuter in the video. Brendan eating or Trevor’s “story”. I don’t know what the story is about, but it sounds very dramatic!

Trevor has fallen in love with “The Lonely Goatherd” from The Sound of Music. He wanted to watch it again and again and again. I love how he stops when he sees the camera and pretends like he was not just dancing.

Brendan continues to do well with his feeding routine. We will be making some more tweaks to it soon. This hourly nonsense makes me feel like I am a slave to a beeping pump!

  1. I LOVE the videos tonight!! Brendan can curl his tongue right around the spoon to the other side? 🙂 It’s too cute! Trevor’s conversation is hilarious! It is very funny that Trevor stopped dancing when he saw you recording! Silly boy!
I can’t believe that I’ll see you next week! Time to think about packing.
    Lots of love and hugs,

  2. Good morning from the East Coast!! Yay Brendan, tolerating your new eating schedule and loving that peanut butter!!!! Trevor…just love your dancing! Don’t be shy!! Tiffanie and Bill, it is wonderful reading these recent blogs with two growing and healthy boys!! Albeit, their “normal” routine is exhausting, you are the best parents, ever!!! Prayers, hugs and lots of love!!! 🙂

  3. Yea Brendan, two of my favorite foods salt and peanutbutter. He seems to be outting more in his mouth and being much more adventurous with food you are giving him.
Love the video of Brendan and the spoon and Trevor’s “thank you” and his wonderful story, he dances great also.

  4. I savored a delightful bowl of pudding this afternoon and had to search back through the blog to find this video of Brendan licking a peanut butter spoon. The video makes me giggle, it makes me happy. I followed Brendan’s example and licked my spoon, too. Cheers!
