Year 3 – Week 3 – Day 6

Adventures in the big boy bed continue and so far, Trevor is doing a great job. I love that the baby spy cam has a feature that will email me pictures any time that it detects large motion. (It is after all, a security camera). It captured this photo of Trevor falling out of bed at about 2:30 this morning.

Good thing the mattress was there on the floor! I heard him cry out with a startle, but he didn’t start to cry. He just climbed back in to bed and went back to sleep!

He likes to live on the edge

Trevor has a great imagination. He was lining these pompoms up in the door track and then pushing them along and saying “All aboard!!!”

Of course throwing poms everywhere was exciting too!

Trevor had his first taco of his own tonight, and he ate the whole thing! He wants whatever is on my plate now. He wants me to eat what is in his bowl.

Brendan had a good day too. You could say that Mommy puts Brendan on a pedestal, but then he gets there all by himself

I asked Bill to take some more Brendan pictures while I gave Trevor a bath tonight. Brendan obviously is on a double pedestal in Daddy’s eyes!!

Brendan did not do daredevil stunts all night, just some walking and pushing his scooter

Brendan was in bed by 9:30p instead of 10:30p tonight. He is a stinker about going to bed!!

  1. All of the spy cam antics with Trevor are funny! It’s great that he likes his new big boy bed.
Brendan on a double pedestal! It’s funny how nonchalantly he’s sitting there playing iGuy! He’s a cutie!
It’s so strange to see Trevor in shorts and Brendan in a onesie when it’s so cold here, and there’s a little snow in the yard!
    Lots if love and hugs,
    Gramma xxxx

  2. Good morning from the chilly East coast!! What fun catching up on blogs!! the boys are priceless! Trevor really loves his bed!!! Spy cam pictures are priceless!! He even returned to bed after hearing the garbage truck….wow!!! Love his playtime in the truck. Bet the minute you turned off the camera he said “Happy Birthday!!!” 🙂 He’s becoming such a delightful little boy!! Brendan on the pedestal (s) was adorable. His smile is intoxicating, it comes from the heart!!! So happy for you that all is saved from your computer!!! 🙂

  3. Year 70 – Week 1- Day 1 🙂 😉
Being able to watch, from so far away, each day of Brendan and Trevor’s lives…
These are the things that “miracle stories” spring from.
Brendan, Trevor, on this day my hope for you both is that should you get to Year 70 – Week 1 – Day 1, you find yourselves in the good health, and high spirit, that I find myself in today.
    Brendan, love the “pedestal – on – a – pedestal” picture !!
🙂 It’s one thing to be “put on a pedestal”, it’s quite another to be on two ! 🙂
Trevor, (” He likes to live on the edge “) It has its “ups”, and it has its “downs”, and I think you’ll have that figured out fairly quickly 🙂 🙂
Tiffanie, Bill, When “they” learn quickly………the parents hardly ever rest!
Those boys are lucky to have *da bot’ of you* as their parents.:) 🙂
