With Bill being away last night and tonight for some camping and offroad racing, it would have been just me and the boys all day. I am very happy that Brendan’s nurse Vanessa worked an extra shift to help me out today and that Tammy came by in the evening to help me get through bath and bedtime routines. I can’t be in two rooms at once!

Brendan and Vanessa took a really long walk and ended up exploring every inch of Bailey’s house and visiting Maggie Moo. On a whim, I decided to run Trevor over to the zoo to try to burn his energy off. That’s the perk to being members!

We’ve seen everything several times, and we only had an hour and a half, so I just let him lead the way.

Big noodle? Not sure of its purpose at the zoo, but I guess it is supposed to make you want mac and cheese.

Trevor said, “Oh loooook, Zebras eats rocks”

He says “Merry-go-round” very well, he wanted to ride.

He caught an escaped alligator!

Brendan wasn’t too impressed with curly fries. He passed them back to Trevor after a few experimental licks.

He did kind of like the scones that Tammy brought

The boys enjoyed having company tonight. Thanks very much, Tammy, for all of your help! As of this moment, 10:34PM, Brendan is lying in his bed awake and still fighting going to sleep. His eyes keep drooping but he is sure he isn’t tired.
After about 3hrs of sleep for me last night, I sure hope we have a solid night tonight. I won’t have a nurse to save me in the morning with a big cup of coffee!
