We got a lot of things accomplished today, mostly cleaning and organizing. It is amazing how quickly the house can descend into chaos if you don’t keep up your game.
Trevor slept until 8:30am!! (and then skipped napping again) One day he will get back on schedule.
To Infinity and Beyond!!! Brendan still loves his Buzz, and of course he loves all things robots.

Here are his robots on the wall

Trevor loves crashing and smashing and tipping and throwing. He learned that if he turns the toy box on its side that it rocks and tips over.

He was tumbling all over the place, jumping to his chairs, doing somersaults

If you see the bruise between his eyes in the pictures tomorrow, this is how it happened.

We are trying to find the right way to discipline his destructiveness without trying to over-tame his energy. He ends up in timeout often now and it kind of works. When Mommy counts to 3, it gets his attention.
When Trevor does something naughty and then gets in trouble, guess who likes to go and do the exact same thing and then look at us with a dare? Brendan is certainly testing his boundaries too. If I try the count-to-three thing with him, he just laughs. We have to find a punishment that works for him before he knows that “3” means consequence.
Trouble!!!!!!

Good morning from the Lake House!!! Just love this post!! It is wonderful seeing the boys, be boys!! Wish I could send energy across the internet for you….you surely could use some extra!! (But I am fearful it would direct to Trevor! LOL ) The photo with Trevor’s feet in the air is priceless!! Sending prayers, hugs and love!! 🙂
Trevor, “We always learn more from our own mistakes than we will ever learn from another’s advice” – – – – – – –
Listening to another’s advice, CAN BE, a little less painful. 😉 😉 😮 🙂 🙂
Brendan, My favorite robot, would have to be R2D2.
