Brendan had his cardiology appointment this morning. He took one of his Brendan Biscuits with him and it turned a few heads. He loves them.
He was a total stinker at his appointment. He fought every little thing. They could not get a valid blood pressure reading. There was no way they were getting the EKG. And they just wanted an echo enough to get a look at the important parts of his heart. Brendan’s nurse and I had to more or less lie on top of him and hold his arms and legs to let them get some images. The doctor liked what he could see though. He said everything still looks good, checkup again in four months.
Trevor had a good day. He stayed home with Bill this morning for the appointment. This evening got a little wild. No matter how many of any one thing that you have, they will want the same single item.
“Who, me?”
The funniest part of the whole day is that Brendan made his first poop on the big potty! I caught his “look” and ran him in. I think he was a bit confused at first. Trevor was mad, he didn’t want Brendan to have a turn, he suddenly said he had to go!
Crazy boys!
I am falling-over tired now. No night nurse tonight means I am going to set up on the couch and go to sleep right now!

It may be Year 3 – Week 32 – ……..but they are still ” Two years, and 32 weeks” old.

So glad to hear that the cardiologist thinks Brendan is doing fine. He looks so cute sitting on the window ledge with his “milkbone”. 🙂
It looks like you need 2 of everything! Even 2 you’s!! And 2 Bill’s, and 2 nurses….
