If you ask Brendan what he would like to do, he always says, “Go to IKEA”. If you tell him that we can’t go to IKEA, where else would he like to go, he says, “Outer space”.
We did get to IKEA today and the boys did some serious walking and playing.
And of course, the $3 lunch for the whole family on Tuesday.
When we got home, Brendan was sitting in his chair getting his formula and he said, “Mommy. IKEA again?”
We’ve created a monster!
Brendan’s teacher was sick last Friday so he has to get up early for school tomorrow. I hope he rests up, he really was busy today!
I haven’t been to IKEA here in years! It’s too far away to go for meatballs, but I’d go all the time if Brendan and Trevor could go! 🙂 Brendan sure looked like he was having fun in the stuffed “soccer balls”.
I hope Brendan is enjoying his school time. Does Trevor get to participate, or does he have to disappear?

Good Morning from the Blizzard was a Bust, East Coast!! Actually, 6-8 inches of snow is doable!! My old hometown on Long Island did receive the 30 inches we were promised!! Had to laugh at Brendan’s choices…Ikea or outer space!! I think he will be a philosopher!!!! The boys really do have a wonderful time at Ikea! They should become Ikea’s “spokespersons”!! Sending hugs, love and prayers!! 🙂
