This morning we had Brendan’s quarterly checkup with the cardiologist for EKG and Echo. He was such a trooper today and cooperated to a level I haven’t seen in at least a year. I was very proud of him! They got great views with his cooperation and it was an A+ checkup again. No leaky valves, strong pump, good rhythm.
As his reward, I took him in to the “game store” where he wanted to go so badly yesterday. He couldn’t stop talking about a Lego guy with a starred helmet. So we bought a few “guys” with cool helmets for him. He picked out all the pieces.
We painted eggs for some fun this afternoon. The eggs looked awesome until the paint dried. Washable paints really stink if you want good color saturation. 🙂 They still liked the activity.
What wonderful news Tiffanie – prayers answered. He looks so happy with his Lego guys….
Trevor is so cute working intently on his eggs with his little tongue helping him. My son used to do that and I thought it was so cute. Much Love V
Good morning from the East Coast!! Yay for Brendan!!!! Awesome check-up with awesome news!! His lego choices are great!! Probably would have picked the same ones!! That’s super good news at the cardiologist for Brendan!! 🙂 It sounds like he earned his Lego guys. He seems so pleased with them.
They are definitely little artists, just like their Mom! You come up with some really fun projects for them.
