There is not much better than completely ignoring all of your obligations and working on a totally frivolous fun project just because Joann had a good sale. Of course, then all of the to-dos are still waiting.
Today we made some pillows in the form of Captain America’s shield.
The back side has a super cute Marvel heroes fleece that I found in the remnant bin.
Trevor finds them comfy
They are also good for pillow wars

8 days left! I wish I could be there to see Brendan’s reaction and see all the changes it will make. If only there wasn’t so much going on here right now. I’m so happy for Brendan, and for the whole family, too. 🙂
Very cool pillows! The boys will have fun with those! It is nice to do something just for fun.

AWWWW how cute. I have Brendan on our prayer list at St. Matthews. I wish I could be there to help you and could be before 8-5…I am having surgery again on the 11th for the other breast. If I could just sit and play with Trevor or read with him call me at 480-225-2274.
