Feeding the trout at the local Bass Pro Shop – it was something to do to get out of the house and stay in the air conditioning!

Someone loves chocolate but any real quantity makes him sick. Free samples are the perfect size. 😀

I wish we were in big excited countdown mode for this upcoming procedure. I just don’t know what to expect and I am feeling apprehensive. To make things really interesting, big rain storms and flooding are expected Monday afternoon!

  1. What a chocolate face! 🙂
That’s interesting trout bait you use. But then, that’s one big trout!
Your apprehension about Monday’s procedure for Brendan is understandable. He’s one tough little guy and will do well. It would be nice if it all goes well and he comes home fine without the set back he had after the last time. Time for good news!
Lots of love and extra hugs,

  2. ” Time for good news! ” …… I’ll second that !!
Prayers for a successful procedure, with a quick, and lasting recovery.

I’m off to the last day of the Racine County Fairgrounds, for the last day of our annual train show there. Tonight everything gets packed back up and brought home. Guess the car will have to sit out, because the trailer will be filling the garage.

  3. Good morning from the East Coast!! Wish our bass pro shop had a river in it!! What fun!!! Brendan, I too love chocolate!! I am lucky….I can eat a bunch of it!!! We certainly can appreciate the concern you have for Brendan’s upcoming surgery…all of us share a bit of that. 🙁 This will be yet another step towards wellness and we have that feeling, that all is good!!! 🙂 Our thoughts and prayers will be with all of you tomorrow!!!! Bunches of hugs, tons of love and healing prayers!! 🙂

  4. Love that chocolate face. Love that both live each day with excitement as to what comes next as in the picture of both on the Bass Bench. Brendan is on the prayer list with heavy duty prayers for a successful procedure and that rain holds off until late evening and ends early morning. Much Love
