Year 7 – Week 36 – Day 4

This is catching up on the rest of June with some random photos!

SeaLife Aquarium is always a good place to take the boys when it is really hot outside.

This June was like Christmas in the summertime. We received so many gifts from friends and family. Because of how much Brendan liked Gramma’s hot tub, our friend Dave gave us his inflatable one! The boys were so excited! They were just having a hard time waiting for water.

They were swimming when it was not even half full!

Because the air temperature is 115, we will run the hot tub more like a pool at a cooler temperature for a while. They love it! Thanks Dave!

Bill spent a week in Missouri visiting friends and relaxing. He came home with a ton of hand-me-down toys. Thanks Alan, Susan, Cameron, and Mike! The boys got a giant box of insane Nerf guns, over 15lbs of Lego, and HEX BUGS!

Bill missed the boys almost the whole month of June, so they took a little “boys only” road trip to visit the Deer Farm!

Year 7 – Week 33 – Day 7

One of the things that the boys really wanted to do on this trip was to ride the train. Instead of taking it all the way downtown, we rode to Glenview and walked to the Kohl Children’s Museum with Erin, Caleb, and Rhys.

Waiting for the train was exciting.

Cousins on a train!

The museum had so much to do to keep a bunch of kids busy for hours. We started off playing with real clay.
