Getting to the plaza where we can get up to the road
Nothing went according to plan today. We had already driven around like crazy trying to find a place to eat, but parking was impossible or the wait times were bad. The bridge was pretty busy with pedestrians and tons of people on rented bikes. We found out that the whole area was prepping for “Fleet Week” with naval boat tours and air shows. The Blue Angels were practicing for the weekend air show.
Walking to dinner in the evening, Trevor found this enormous leaf!
