Year 3 – Week 10 – Day 5

Happy last day of 2013! I am not going to go on and on about it being the new year, I will just go straight to pictures.

We did some holiday baking today to share with good neighbors. Trevor was a huge help.

We took the boys out tonight to burn some sparklers. They were definitely impressed.

The boys were up late, so far they are sleeping through the miscellaneous fireworks that are going off.

I hope everyone has a safe and happy New Year’s Eve and that 2014 is full of happiness and progress!
I leave you with a message from Trevor:

  1. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
Adorable blog! 🙂 I love Trevor’s video message, so cute!
It’s so nice that you could go outside and do sparklers with the boys. Brendan looked so happy. I hope his tummy is better.
Wishing you a HEALTHY, Happy New Year, with lots of progress for Brendan and good times for all. 🙂
    Love and hugs,

  2. Happy New Year to all ! 🙂 🙂 🙂
Stayed home, and got the Christmas decorations taken down.
Watched the “Ball Drop”, and the Fireworks, and toasted in the New Year.
There was already enough snow on the ground to make driving just a bit hazardous, there was even more snow falling, and, I really do not need to get in an accident, on New Year’s Eve.
I did a little “stock-up” shopping earlier in the afternoon, and the roads were already ” beyond the abilities of a few Illinois drivers “—- guess there were a lot more “crunches” before the day was done.
Safe, warm, and happy. 🙂 🙂
Can’t think of a better way to say it than to quote Trevor, [( “T”, someday you will have to show me how to spell what you said 🙂 )] Merry Christmas !! Happy New Year !!
May the coming days be filled with growth, progress, good health, and happiness.
