For every little bit of precious angel baby time there was yesterday, there was naughty, mommy-exhausting baby today!!!

I went to bed around 1:30 when all was said and done. Trevor decided that the new day started at 5:15!! We had a pediatrician appointment this morning and both boys got a flu shot and Brendan caught up with his 9mo immunizations. But the Dr. appt was right when Trevor usually has a morning nap, so he didn’t really get one. Then he slept only about 45 minutes this afternoon. So he was CRANKY!!! He would just cry at every little thing and wanted to be getting in to things all over the house. He has also mastered the “limp noodle” body that makes him very difficult to pick up!

Brendan worked very hard today. He wore his HME to the doctor’s office and did not need the vent for the whole trip. He ended up being off vent for 10hrs today!

Brendan was just so relieved to come home! He did very well with his shots today.

We had to run a quick errand tonight and taking Trevor with me totally backfired. He was supposed to have a little outing to get his wiggles out. But instead, he fell asleep in the car on the way to the store and slept the whole time we were there. So then tonight he was tough to put to bed!

No way it is October, not possible!! The boys were just little angels today. They were happy, took naps on schedule, Trevor ate so well. We all smiled and played and acted silly. I did a ton of laundry and housework and Trevor helped while Brendan did a ton of tummy time and play.

Brendan simply could not believe the day that Uncle Steve had today. Brendan had to sleep on him for an hour or so to make him feel better.

After being on his mist collar for TWELVE hours straight and doing an hour of PT at the end, Brendan was exhausted. Once Steve put him down, he was out cold the rest of the evening.

That’s right, the clock on the wall says 11:50 (PM). Somebody woke up, loaded up an enormous diaper of poop and still needed trach ties changed. He sees his pediatrician in the morning, so he had to be shiny and fresh.

The most exciting thing to share today is Trevor’s new trick!! He just cracks me up with his dancing, all full of confidence like, “Yeah, I got this! Uh huh!”

It is a very late night, Brendan is still up playing. Trevor had better sleep in tomorrow!

Thank goodness we made it through the weekend and hopefully can get reset for a week full of doctor appointments and fun with visiting aunts and uncle.

I am too tired to remember what all I wrote about or didn’t already and what happened today or yesterday, so I will just post pics and go to bed!

I keep finding more blue things to match Trevor’s shoes.

I post a lot of pictures of Trevor in just a diaper. He just strips down usually to eat lunch and then in the hottest part of the day, we let him hang out bare like his brother.
Today, he was spending time exploring our bedroom because Brendan was trying to fall asleep in the living room. He discovered roverT in the mirror on the back of the door and had a lengthy conversation.

I am going to have to clean the glass now, he goobered it all up trying to either kiss or bite his reflection.

Back in clothes, playing in his own room, but there is no mirror on the back of the door.

Brendan had a good day except for wanting to be held for his naps. He would wake up and cry if we tried to put him down.

Brendan thought it was absolutely hilarious that Muno (the red one-eyed guy) could sit in his helicopter.

He did another 10.5hrs off of the vent today, almost 2 hours of that was on his HME.

Tomorrow should be simple. Only PT in the afternoon to worry about. Hope for a nap and a shower in the same day!
