Brendan wanted to wake up Trevor this morning. But that didn’t go so well.

We had an opportunity to attend another HopeKids event this morning. We were able to get in to the Phoenix Children’s Museum to see if the boys were old enough to enjoy it yet. The girls scoped out this place last year when they visited, that seems like a lifetime ago! It was PACKED and noisy, and both boys were a bit overwhelmed, but they settled in and had some fun.

Going through the car wash, yeah!

Trevor was fascinated by the random xylophones made out of bolts and wrenches. Both boys liked to play them.

Noodle forest. Large children running and howling like monkeys, employees yelling “walk! waaalk!! WALK!!!!” Lots of toddler collisions.

Fastest way to lose a toddler
Brendan handled all the noise and madness very well.

Trevor found his happy place – funky gas station

Exploring the 3-story climbing structure

And after allllllll that….two boys, no naps!!
I took them to Sam’s Club by myself in the afternoon in order to keep them busy and because we needed diapers. To make my life easier, I bribed them with frozen yogurt so that they would ride quietly in the cart. It worked.
