Portrait day! We postponed the boys’ 2.5yr old portrait session until Kieran was here so that we could try to get it all done together. I have to say that today was the quickest and easiest “studio time” that we have had in a long time. I could not believe how cooperative they all were! It leaves us without too many hilarious outtakes.

This wagon is overloaded with cuteness! What are the chances of three boys sitting so nicely together?

Wake up time!

This week has gone too fast. We still have too much we want to do!!

Brendan is still coasting through whatever this new issue is. He is not better or worse today, we are still hoping he can fight it off quickly. Kieran and Trevor got to have another grand adventure today, we took them to the big aquarium. This place can be seriously over-stimulating (even to the adults!) but the boys seemed to have a great time.

Trevor does not like this tunnel because the floor is clear and there is about 6ft of water underneath, so things are swimming under you. He has always been afraid of this, he doesn’t want to walk on it.
He told me later tonight that he didn’t want to step on a shark.

He got brave and ran to Uncle Jon. Kieran doesn’t seem to be bothered at all!

After the aquarium, we did Johnny Rockets for lunch. Kieran got to sample an orange dreamsicle milkshake.

Brendan was happy to see the other boys this afternoon. He had a pretty good day, but he still tackled Trevor.

Everyone made sure to show Brendan lots of love this evening. He had a blast in the “Balls Everywhere!!!!!” ball pit.

The week is wrapping up so fast, we had so many ideas for things to do and there is no way to do them all. Time to pick and choose.

Look who slept well past sun-up this morning! (Then why was Trevor up and watching TV in my bed at 6am!?)

Poor Brendan definitely is battling some form of infection, probably a little cold virus. So far, it hasn’t affected his mood or behavior one bit, but it does mean more breathing treatments, more vest time, and more oxygen. We took the other two boys to the train park. I hope future Brendan realizes that we did not want to leave him out. I think he really would have liked a lot of things about the park.

Everyone took a nice long nap and then got changed into fresh clothes. I love Kieran in this outfit!

It was such a gorgeous cool day (odd this week, back in to 90’s tomorrow), we ate our fish and chips on the patio. Brendan had to relinquish his high chair, so we brought out his nest.

Brendan liked malt vinegar!! He LOVES it when everyone watches him and laughs at his silly sour faces.

He is totally fitting in to our usual routine around here. 🙂

He is awfully spoiled by the bath every night.

Trevor had a blast playing take-apart cars with Uncle Jon this afternoon. He loved the one-on-one attention. Kieran and Brendan play very nicely together, so that worked very well. We hope Brendan feels well tomorrow. He is sleeping well now with great numbers. I hope he fought off this bug!!
