Year 3 – Week 9 – Day 3

With time running out before Christmas, we decided to do our holiday photo shoot today. I didn’t get a chance to do Christmas cards this year, but I still wanted to do our “portraits”. What a laugh!!

I normally divide the pictures in to the keepers and the outtakes, but there was no way to sort them this time. The photo shoot did not go as well as I hoped.

So to everyone that should have received a card from us, you get this instead. I hope it brings a smile to your face. Merry Christmas!

I truly appreciate all the effort that Bill put in to getting all of the equipment set up. I may not have captured any quality portraits, but we did capture lots of silly memories.

Year 3 – Week 9 – Day 2

It was a very weird mixed day for us. We thought everyone was well this morning. Trevor and Bill did a fun outing to the overlook of the copper mines where Trevor could watch the giant dump trucks and equipment working.

We think he really enjoyed himself. It is a cool place to visit. He really loves his rocks too!

I wish he could have brought these home with him, they would look great in the yard!

It started to get cold so Bill tried to put his jacket on Trevor.

Trevor refused to eat any lunch, even his most favorite foods. He did have a big breakfast and some goldfish crackers on the road so I didn’t think much of it. He drank some milk and went to bed fairly easily for a nap.
The poor boy woke up coughing and threw up all over his bed. He was so tired, he tried to lie back down, so he was covered in it, and it was all matted into his hair. I had to bathe him and shampoo him three times while Bill stripped his whole room and did all the laundry.

He seems to be feeling better tonight. He did not get sick again. He was active and ate a light dinner. I would think it was just something he ate, but my stomach has been queasy and blah all day too. We probably owe it to the lovely germ-ridden flight on Thursday.

Brendan is still doing fine. He and I had a good morning together while Trevor was gone with Bill.

I have a video from Thursday that was cute that I was too tired to post

And then I had some video requests. This one is Brendan wearing his therapy vest.

And here is the one that shows how well Brendan is walking now (with some general silliness included)

I really hope that this stomach thing is already peaked and going away. Please, Brendan, stay healthy!!!

Year 3 – Week 9 – Day 1

I am too mentally tired to write much, so here are a few photos from today.

Trevor is still not well. Brendan is still doing OK. I am on day 10 and still can’t shake this dumb cold. I hope this weekend will be quiet and simple.
